She has done her masters in Human Development and Family Relations and specializes in intra-personal concerns and life-skills enhancements.
She works with individuals to support them cope with challenges related to mental well-being, emotions and relationships using a range of Psychotherapeutic Concepts of Counselling and tools of Positive Psychology.
She believes in working on a decided plan of action with her clients as she aims to make individuals self-reliant and solution-oriented post the therapy with her.
Her areas of expertise are: Couple-Relationship, Marital Conflicts, Ante-Natal and Post-Partum Mental Health Concerns, Post Natal Mental Healthcare, Post Adolescence & Young Adult Concerns.
In her experience, she has also designed and conducted workshops on Managing stress and Work-life balance, Mindfulness, Change Management, Skill Development such as Effective Communication, Becoming a Team Player, Dealing with Difficult People and Situations at Work, Understanding of ‘Self’.
