We offer various services under our Employee Assistance Program (EAP):
One-on-one counseling- Individual sessions involve employee counseling with experienced psychologists, counselors, and psychiatrists. The sessions are completely confidential, and the information about the session is not provided to any team member of the organization. The sessions can be conducted:
On-sight- at your organization
Off-sight- at Reboot Wellness (Gurgaon)
Online- Through Phone, Skype, or Emails

Workshops – The employee workshops are designed to address a wide range of themes including Holistic Wellness, Digital Detox, Awareness in leadership, Relationships, Effective Communication, Changing mind-sets, and Termination counseling to name a few. The workshops include interactive activities and takeaway strategies to implement practically based on the theme. Workshops can be 90 min, 4 hours or a whole day long based on the need of the organization.
Kiosks- Kiosk activities are customized- based on concepts and themes selected by the organization. The objective of a Kiosk is to open up the employees for discussions and conversations by engaging them in fun activities. These activities act as an icebreaker and enable individuals to come up with solutions that work best for them. Some common themes for kiosk activities are:
