Do you need Counselling?
Counselling Support at Reboot Wellness
The core purpose of counselling is to bring back the person to a normal behavior pattern during and post recovery from mental illness or addiction. It starts with gathering the basic understanding of the current state of person, with the lifestyle issue being faced. Once these are identified, the counselor starts to work on these core issues.
Sometimes group therapies are also done in order to bring together people with similar issues and help each other by identifying a pattern while in case of individual therapy, counsellors work along with each individual, on case-to-case basis.
Reboot Wellness Counsellors have proven interventions for treating mental health & lifestyle diseases, substance use disorders and addictions. The process often involves a combination of medication, counselling, and social support. Additionally, our approach involves recovery through many pathways, tailored to fit the unique cultural values and psychological and behavioural health needs of each individual.
