With increasing number of media platforms, abundant amount of unfiltered information is available to our children. It has become impossible to supervise what kind of information our kids are viewing and the influence they are being subjected to. Exposure to such undesirable influences or information may put an uninformed child at risk of behavioral issues at an early and impressionable age.

There are many factors which increase the likelihood of social media addiction, negative peer pressure, bullying, gaming addiction and experimentation with mind altering substances, at an early age. All workshops are designed on the concepts of positive psychology and help address common stresses of urban life in Gurgaon, Noida and Delhi NCR.

Why ASPIRE?

Internet, social media and online gaming play a big role in mental development of kids of current time. Exposure to information over Internet and other electronic media is good only up to a certain extent. However over-exposure is making our kids slaves of mobile phones and electronic devices. This is a condition termed as “Social Media Addiction”, which also leads to other conditions like negative peer pressure, bullying, gaming addiction and experimentation with mind altering substances. Just like any other forms of lifestyle disease, these also need a structured approach for resolution.

Without timely education about these issues, which highly attract our kids and young generation, the risk of them succumbing to temptation without really being aware about protective factors is very high.

Generally, parents deal with any behavioral issues with their kids with a discussion on moral grounds or try to discipline with strictness. These may not always have a lasting impact. As a parent, it is difficult to address these concerns in a methodical manner. That’s where Reboot comes in.

As part of ASPIRE program, we help you identify the degree of problem for your child and probable causes for it.

What is ASPIRE?

Reboot Wellness ASPIRECAMP is a unique one-day program that takes an experiential approach through interactive games and activities structured to address social media addiction, negative peer pressure, bullying, gaming addiction and experimentation with mind altering substances.

Specially designed for children in the age groups of 9 to 12, the program places children in a well-matched peer group and helps enhance their social, emotional, behavioural, cognitive, and moral competence.

We also specially focus on children who exhibit risk factors such as emotional distress, aggressiveness, “difficult” temperament and rebelliousness.
